Health Tips (kuruskan badan)


okay boys and girls.
im fadhlifarid wanna give tips untuk kuruskan badan since dulu aku memang gemo*.
now im turn to mengering.
before this i memang gemok but im not obes,just gemok yang gemok lah kan.haha
kalau dulu i pergi mana-mana everbody will said to my mother
"ouh sehat yer anak you".
the sentence gonna make me sentap and from there i determined untuk kurus kan badan.
i kuruskan badan since i form 4...daripada situ semua orang dah nampak perubahan towards my body and they think that im sick.but im not.
tu dulu gemok kan.now when im went to rumah sedara mara
they gonna said "hey,kenapa kurus sangat nih sakit ke"
kan.that is manusia.-,-

firstly i mula kurus sebab i fikir pasal kesihatan then the second thing why i take this challenge is because kalau gemok mcm mana nak jaga penampilan kan.i didnt meant untuk kutuk orang gemuk but this is my opinion.everybody can give opinion.
ok now lets know how to kurus.

first:
biasalah orang melayu,they must eat nasi.nasi lemak,nasi minyak bebagai lah.but its not happen to me.
i didnt eat nasi for two years,actually i makan jugak.perhaps once in a month.tapi tak selalu lah.
 i only eat 2 biji apples and sup sayur.sometimes if im too hungry i will added roti in my meal.
tp jarang-jarang jugak..apple tu you all can replace it with your fav fruits but chek nutrisi die dekat google dulu hokey.from what i know apple is good for diet.nak makan 5 biji sehari pun tak de hal derr!

second:
its about exercise..well this is the most thing yang manusia malas nak buat kan?.but you must!
before this,im the person that too lazy to do physical exersice..oh my memang sangat malas.
tp tu dulu hokey.
now i akan bersenam atleast 30 minute perday.atleast okay!!...i tak akan buat if i am too busy.
it is important to maintain our body shape and our health.
you will see the changes about 3 month and its worth it!
tak sia korang senam pagi petang kan!

lastly,i never believe that pil-pil kurus yang terlalu banyak sekarang kan.i bagi tips diet yang selamat.

sometimes i feel compassion when somebody asked me
"cuba kasi tips sikit nak kurus"
hahaha
okay now i give it!
